 Our primary platform is QuickBooks Online because it’s secure, affordable, and integrates with most banking and payroll systems. However, we also have experience with other platforms like NetSuite, AppFolio, Buildium, and Wave. During onboarding, we’ll assess which software best fits your business model. 

 Every business is unique, so we take an individualized approach to pricing. After reviewing your intake form and discussing your goals, we’ll provide a custom quote — either a flat monthly rate (for ongoing bookkeeping and CFO-Lite services) or hourly pricing (for project-based cleanups or consulting). 

 We don’t process payroll directly, but we partner with trusted providers like Gusto, ADP, and Paychex. We’ll set up and integrate payroll for you, ensure everything reconciles correctly, and can manage reporting and journal entries as part of your bookkeeping package.
